Located in a gated area of a smart part of town, this hotel is really close to tourist attractions and has easy access to the metro line. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The breakfast, served on the roof, offers a variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure guests have a pleasant stay.
Some of the staff were less pleasant than expected at this price level.

the rooms on the lower floors were noisy, as we could hear everything happening above us. The price we paid felt too high for what was offered.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. I loved being able to explore the city on foot and avoid the tourist traps. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed and providing excellent service. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a big bathroom that had all the amenities I could ask for. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast served in the lovely breakfast room, with a stunning view over the rooftops. this place was an oasis of comfort and quality.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and felt right at home at Hotel Farnese. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were actually surprised by the convenient location of this charming hotel. The metro stop right outside the front door made exploring the city easy. The real highlight, however, was the good rooftop restaurant and bar. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts with a lovely variety of options, and in the evenings, Luigi provided excellent cocktails and great conversation, exemplifying Italian hospitality.
